I don't need it. I got 1 MAXTOR 160GB and 1 MAXTOR 80GB .. Enough. I guess 1TB is just for extreme video editing and modding and stuff. smile.gif

Yeah, and graphic designers too... you'd be surprised how big PSDs can get.

But! Most importantly: that's a lot of HD porn.

A friend of a friend works for Tech Max and they tested one of these. They got god knows how much music, pictures, videos etc on there. You could have all the porn in the world and still have room for the next celeb sex tape lol

Get 2 500GB HD's and save $100. Spend that on a 320GB and you got more for the same price.

True. tongue.gif

9 / 10 times you cant even get a 160GB HDD full. Atleast I Can't. My HDD has:

+/- 600 songs
+/- 10 music albums ( not included to the songs , and in proper album qualitiy )
over 20 useful programs and some very large ones
about 10 big games , including CoD2 , GTAIII , GTAVC , GTASA and so on
and the rest thats on the HDD , and I've only used about 50GB so far I think.. I can even burn everything I have on my D:\ HDD , onto a Blu-Ray disc.

I can use the extra space, all I have now is 80GB and I'm having a lot of problems keeping that at about 5GB left. Music & porn takes a lot of space... Ow and games of course.

Well obviously this isn't for the average PC user tongue.gif

I suppose it'd be great for all sorts of professional work, and servers.

I wonder if Apple will be using this. Because if they do, you'll be able to buy a Mac Pro with 2x3ghz Dual-Core Xeon CPUs, 4x7300GTs, 16GB RAM and a 4TB HDD woot.gif
- Now there's a 3D modeller's heaven.

They're more user-friendly, and rarely crash. It's got some great software suites and stuff too. It's just more solid overall, but less supported than Windows.

Yea, Windows is good enough. And Mac is more expensive too so it's best to stick with Windows unless you REALLY like Mac.

Google desktop could be useful.

I'd love to buy one of these. I had so much sh*t on my families' 50 gb harddrive that my dad had to buy me a 180 gb external. I have about 90+ gbs used up.
