On one of my hard drive i have, SMART is detecting the following:
seek errors: 1,576,817 error count, 1,197 minimum, 1,544 error rate and 1,780 maximum

does this mean my drive is good or bad? So far the drive does not show no signs thats it is dying so i dont know

A hard drive utility that's displaying SMART data should be able to tell you what's considered good or bad. The only program I use that shows SMART data is Speedfan, and it shows the computer's estimation of the drive's condition. My motherboard also displays SMART condition on boot; you might see if yours offers that feature.
