im sorry for this dumb topic,but is it safe to open up your computer at your living room and install new video card and other stuff ? is there any frames that would cause cancer or would be bad for your health ? cuz if a dust cleanup needs to be done or new graphics card needs to be set,i usuaaly take it to store.

You can just install it anywhere just a few things you need to be sure of.

Turn it off before installing.
Make sure you hold the frame or something metal while you are working inside the computer.

You've already got cancer and you're going to die in a week.

eddaket seems to have forgotten to warn you that the metal you hold onto must be grounded or there will be no point in holding on to it. You're best off using your computer's case. Just plug it into the wall, switch off your power supply, and touch an unpainted piece of metal on your case before you start work. I doubt you'll build up enough static to discharge on your PC and ruin something while working on it; it's never happened to me, anyway.

Make sure you don't put any part of your body to far into the computers interior for fear of being sucked into a blackhole.
