It will come with a range of diesel and petrol engines, with the top range being BMW's magnificent 4.8l V8, which will get it from 0-60mph in just 5.3 seconds. As usual, top speed is limited at 250km/h (155mph).
Probably the most popular model will be the 6-cylinder 635d though, which still offers lots of horsepower and even more torque than the V8, at a very impressive average of around 7l/100km (40 mpg I think).
Personally, I like it more than the current 6 series, though if I had the money I'd probably go for an M3.
What a facelift. Looks sweet. Just like every bmw. Well, except that alpina roadster they f***** up big time. Although the newest version of that looks pretty dope too.
But back to the 6erx, it looks really sleek, the front looks much better than the previous generation and i'm feeling the rims.
Yea, BMW always offers some really sweet rims.
Note that the pictures are from the 635d, the new M6 will probably be even more wicked
Looks sweet i always liked the 6 but same a nico, i'd rather spend my money on something else (m5/m3).
Looks like i'm the only one on here who's more into big cars. Well and maybe j-dawg, but he ain't on very often. Anyways, i'd prefer an E34 5er, an E38 7er instead of that.
From the current model selection, i'd take an E65(7 series, 745 for example.)

Yea, M5's are sweet too. If I'd be older, quite rich and have a few kids, I'd probably choose one of those. But right now, my favourite BMW is the M3.
I'm not too fond of the current 7 series though. Well I'm sure it's a fantastic car, but the looks didn't really turn out that well. But the next update looks much better, judging from the spyshots that are roaming the interwebz.
Not exactly ugly of course (still much better than the competition ), but it's definitely the ugly duckling of the current BMW range.
Looks like tastes differ yet again, so let's not argue about it further or we'll end up being pissed off at eachother
My kung-fu is better than your kung-fu!
It's just a matter of taste. So "big minds think alike" isn't applicable here
Big minds are usually friggin' nerds who dress like my grandpa
In fact you'd think the artist would have more taste...
I went to The Royal Norfolk Show on Thursday and I just ignored the BMW stand. Absolute crap they ahd, nothing special. Even the new Daihatsu range made me look. The new Sirion looks quite good, even for a pocket car.
Get outta here?
*gone*
Check http://www.rsportscars.com/eng/cars/bmw_135i.asp out.
Have i missed something or is this a joke?
Well that's a pretty serious site.
I kind of like it. It's basically a small 3 series now, looks a little like the Z4 too. And it's got to drive great.
I'm not to sure what to make of it yet. It looks abit wierd i think.
That 6th series looks sweet. I prefer the 5th series' headlights though.
@Remco: looks nice to me.
looking at these pics and then back at the older cars like the 1st m5 really makes you realise how things have moved on, for example they're no longer square.
Damn a 40MPG 6 cyl. BMW, I'm gonna buy that in a few years when I have money.
