As you all remember, there was a tunnel fire and because of that the tunnel was close for the weekend. Now the tunnel is opened once again. Let's see what CNN wrote.

Most lanes of Interstate 5 reopened hours before the Monday morning commute, the California Highway Patrol said. A section of the freeway had been closed all weekend in the aftermath of a deadly blaze Friday night in a Los Angeles County truck tunnel. All regular north-south lanes in the affected area had reopened early Monday; only the southbound truck lane remained closed, the patrol said.
The southbound truck lane runs through the Newhall Pass tunnel, where 30 trucks and a passenger vehicle crashed, sparking an inferno that killed two men and a baby.
California's Department of Transportation, known as CalTrans, was advising drivers to use detours around the route, which was expected to be congested during the morning commute.
California Highway Patrol spokesman John Lutz told The Associated Press traffic was likely to be heavier than usual because trucks that normally would use the tunnel will have to take the main roadway.
"It'll be a little tight on the southbound side," Lutz told the AP.
