I made it across a few times via the motorcycle thru the South Bridge barrier
glitch. I went to Baxter air base but I couldn't see far enough. Got killed btw,
just standing at the guard shack without a weapon. 
Edit: I see they do with the seaways cheat code. I want to collect the hidden
packages early, but not with a cheat code.
Also, Skumole Shack can be bought, but again that's with that cheat code to
get there.
You're wondering why I don't just go thru the barrier again with the chopper.
It takes so many tries before you hit it just right.
K, thanks anyway. They spawn.... I finally got across again.
Now I have a way to get back and forth to get the hidden packages without
cheating early in the game. [Third new game.]
And I was able to buy Skumole Shack for a save point.
I want the minigun.
