Correction - They didn't put it in. They forgit to remove it.

And still, It's add some to the game. It makes VC(S) more mysterucal and thats a good thing. It add some feelings. Just look at the water in VC it has a lot of things that can be explored. But SA is straight clean.

BETA v. has gta 3 wheels and their cars have a bit shiny than the retail v. 1
