Available: At start at the game. You will lose them after 3rd mission but you will get them back after compliting mission Over The Top.
Comments: It allows you to go to Fort Baxter. The gates will open with this uniform. It's the coolest uniform in the game in my opinion.

Casuals
Rate: 8/10
Available: After compliting mission Conduct Unbecoming.
Comments: Oh nothing special...just casual.

Cuban Style
Rate: 7/10
Available: after compliting mission Havana Good Time.
Comments: A suit for neighbourhood livers for example in Little Havana or Little Haiti.

Trailer Trash
Rate: 5/10
Available: after compliting mission D.I.V.O.R.C.E.
Comments: Almost same suit as CJ's at the beginning in GTA:SA.

Pastel Suit
Rate: 9/10
Available: after compliting mission Brawn Of The Dead.
Comments: Yeah another cool suit. It has cool colors.

Wet Suit
Rate: 10/10
Available: after compliting all 8(?) watersport sidemissions at the Film Studios (JetSki).
Comments: This suit rocks! It's the best for swimming and doing stunts with JetSki when not on a mission!

Winner Outfit
Rate: 8/10
Available: after compliting last mission aka Last Stand.
Comments: You get the suit after compliting the last missioon. There is also R*LAX written on the white shirt.

Leisure
Rate: 5/10
Available for buying: High Roller Prostitution empire.
Comments: Probably used for being a pimp. I never wore it though.

Hired Muscle
Rate: 6/10
Available after buying: High Roller Protection Racket empire.
Comments: A suit used for protection racket.

Repo-Man
Rate: 7/10
Available after buying: High Roller Loan Shark empire.
Comments: They look like office-guy clothes.

Tracksuit
Rate: 5/10
Available after buying: High Roller Drugs empire.
Comments: For drug carrying. Looks like a winter costume for kids.

Hood
Rate: 8/10
Available after buying: High Roller Robbery emipire.
Comments: Yeaa a hood outfit to feel gangsta ;P

Smuggler
Rate: 6/10
Available after buying: High Roller Smuggling empire.
Comments: As the clothes name is, for smuggler.

Smart Suit
Rate: 10/10
Available: AFTER COMPLITING ALL EMPIRE SIDE MISSIONS
Comments: This is the best suit. You will get it after compliting all empire side missions. It's the same as Lance's blue outfit, only colors are diffrent. But still, it's the best.

The repo man outfit becomes my default after I get it. It just has that classic cool look.

Might want to look up "complite".

My favorite outfits are: Smart Suit, Pastel Suit, Cuban Style, Tracksuit, Hired Muscle, Army Fatigues and Casuals.

But the most coolest is Casuals.
