To do this, you need the Army Fatigues.
Ok, you have? Let´s start...
So, in the begining, you are a soldier, when you make the 3rd mission, you are kicked out of the army, and you don´t have the Army Fatigues. When you complete the mission "Over The Top" (which is before of the last mission), you have the Army Fatigues again, the last mission might be hard, but see this:
Wear the Army Fatigues, go to Fort Baxter, and you´ll see the soldiers with M4. Instead of killing them with guns, use your fists... So, press the button to target the soldier. Once you pressed the button to target the soldier, be close, and press the button to put Vic´s arm in a neck´s soldier, then press again the button, be will die. So, you´ll have 30 bullets of M4! Do that everytime! It appears one group with 3 soldiers. Be careful, maybe some soldiers can shoot to you, so run for your life and wear Body Armor.

Already tried that, after you killed 3 soldiers you will be attacked. No point, I can buy M4 from ammunation too.

This is for who doesn´t have money to buy M4, or for who don´t want to buy.
But, in the begining, I tried, and the soldiers didn´t shoot me.

You maybe was a lucky guy.

To be as sure as possible you shouls test things a lot of times, when you do. Though It might be so that you just killed a few, than waited and killed a few again. It would make sense to me, but what should I say? I havn't played this game yet.

If you bail out at the very last second, do they still shoot at you?

I killed 1 group, but nothing.
