How or when do the planes at the Easter Bay Airport become unlocked?

Ive currently completed the driving school and doing Jizzy's missions.
What do i have to complete so all the planes at the Easter Bay Airport are be unlocked???

Slow down. You unlock them after buying the verdent medows. And from your standpoint. You still have a while.

You must complete flying school, then they will be unlocked. Don't ask me where is that, just do the missions and you will find out.
