Um lots of SMG ammo and shoot. get right up behind the cars and shoot them asap, trying to avoid lance.

I completed the missions but the first missions are very easy, one mission is very hard where you have to drive heliopter so lance can shoot boats. Damn that was hard

i did it at last, and i finished the main story missions! the penultimate mission was easy for me, as was the final one

One of the few things wrong with VCS has to be the slow boats. The Reefers were faster in Vice City I think.
