I'v got 96 of 99 and I can't find the last three can anybody tell me how many there are on each Island and could somebody upload a map of where all of them are? Why isn't there already a map of them on here?

First of all get a map of balloons.
Click here to get one

Go to the pause menu and press map (fully).
It says: (Hold X for more options) now hold it and there will be said: Red Balloons [ON] [OFF] choose On. now the balloons will be displayed on your game map. Find the diffrents between your map and the map you just got which has 99 balloons. It's easy. You can also do this trick with Rampages and Unique Jumps to continue your progress.
