hi, I already beat the "Madd Dogg" and "High Noon" mission and I should expect a call from Rossie for St. Mark Bistro mission?
But there is no response. What should I do?

| I COMPLETED EVERY GTA SAN ANDREAS STORYLINE MISSION!!! The misision End of the Line was quite easy. I took more tries to complete the driving school than completing the last mission. |

I have completed the mission Up! Up! And Away! and I have also got the keycard thing from my girlfiiend. But how do I move on to the Breaking the Bank at Caligrula's mission? There's no icon on the map for it and in the casino there's no red patch thing to walk into, if you know what I mean.
