There are many weapons in the game. There are 16 in all. That is including handguns, rifles, machine guns, sub-machine guns, shotguns and melee weapons. Some weapons can be upgraded using the "Arms Dealer" Much info on the weapons hasn't been released yet but this is the list so far.
Sorry, typo on my part. Here's how it's suppose to read...
As early as after completing the mission where you go after "Gaspar" just to find he's not there. It does a tutorial type of deal where it gets you to buy the henchmen "driver". As soon as you have bought the "driver" you can do the following (note: you must also have your weapons locker available to you in the trunk of your car).
Hey "kokoko" I play "Scarface" and still check g-unleashed from time to time. I currently have all fronts in "Little Havanna" and "Downtown" and have just finished killing off "Nacho". I'm currently doing missions for the "Dock Boss" on the islands.
*************** EARLY WEAPONS TIP ***************
You can obtain certain guns that aren't normally accessible to you near the beginning of the game by either picking them up from dead gang members or by doing the following...
As early as after completing the mission where you go after "Gaspar" just to find he's not there. It does a tutorial type of deal where it gets you to buy the henchmen "driver" can you do this (you must also have your weapons locker available to you in the trunk of your car).
Just switch to being the "driver". Once you are the "driver" call for your car and go to your weapons locker in the trunk. The "driver" has a "MAC 10" and a "AK-47" which you can now transfer to the weapons locker. Switch back to being "Tony" call for your car and the "MAC 10" and "AK-47" are now in the weapons locker for your killing enjoyment, but have no ammo though. You will of course have to buy ammo off the weapons dealers off the streets or if you have purchased the henchmen "weapons dealer" you can buy ammo off him using the SAT phone.
Repeat this with the other henchmen to unlock other weapons early as well.
Also remember to check dead gang members for other weapons. I found a "Deagle" after killing a gang leader in "Downtown". I couldn't find this gun anywhere else. "Deagle is just short for a "Desert Eagle". Usually 1 shot will kill. 7 bullets to a clip. It's my favorite gun to use in close encounters only for it has a short range.
If you want to make money, but you don't want to raise your gang heat, you have to call for your driver. Take him into an alley, so you don't draw the cop's attention. Then kill him and take his money. If you don't want to lose ammo for this little money, you could also step into a vehicle BUT MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVER DOESN'T FOLLOW YOU IN THE CAR and then overrun your driver in an alley for a couple times... Or use the Bodog Stampede and shoot him with the SAW. The only bad thing about this is that you don't get much money, but it's a start...
If you want to make BIG money, you have to do destribution missions, which take longer and are more dangerous
Since I can't post comments on th easter eggs site, I'l post it here:
I know some other easter eggs, although with some I don't really know if you would call it an easter egg... Anyway:
- (sure this one works) eaten by a shark if swimming in sea
- (not tested by me) If you have to kill Sheffield (dont even know who the hell he is, possibly a wrong name), you can change the cutscene depending on the weapon you're carrying.
- (not tested by me, I have the PC version) You can dance in the Babylon club using L1, use R1 to spin. Don't know whether this is even possible on the PC.
- (not tested by me and definitly not an easteregg, whatever) If you get 100%, your femme fatales will follow you like your henchies, carrying chain guns.
- (not tested by me) It is possible to contact Gina (the one from the exotic 'Gina's Remains') in the Oakly Drive-In Theatre
I'm not sure if they all work, but maybe you could test them and place them on the easter eggs secton.
