Nothing to see here!
Location: Viceport
IN the ship that's docked in Viceport, there's a sign hanging with the text: "Nothing to see here!". To get inside the ship, you need to swim against the back of the ship (on the picture below). If you do it right, Victor
will go underwater and you'll get to see the inside of the ship.
In the PS2 version it says: "I won't joking, there is really nothing to see here, go and look in the VCN building instead".
