100% Completion

To beat the game at 100% you must finish the following objectives
- Complete all main story missions
- Complete all vehicle specific/R3 type missions
- Purchase all businesses
- Get highest level in all businesses
- Complete all rampages
- Complete all races
- Collect all 99 Red Balloons
After you've beaten the game at 100%, you will receive a reward. However, it is more fun to play out the game before you take a look at this reward.
